It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon when Danielle and Jordan met with me at Hartwood Acres. I never knew until that day all the hidden gems inside Hartwood! Jordan has been a dear childhood friend of Chad and I for the past fifteen years, being a part of this day with his soon to be bride was such an honor! Danielle is a born and raised Cali queen and has a heart of gold! She recently has become a Pittsburgh local and God bless her for she had to adapt quickly to our crazy weather! These two have an amazing adventure ahead of them, God has beautiful plans in store for their marriage. Excited for these love birds!
It was love at first bark in the south hills of Pittsburgh just a few weeks ago with Kelsey, Jared, and their pup Negley! After many wrong turns and a very misleading GPS I finally made it to Frick Park to spend time with this awesome couple…and to take some pictures of course! Sorry Squirrel Hill natives for using your nieghborhood drive ways and front door steps, it was just way to pretty to pass up! This trio was surely a treat to meet and I can not wait to be a part of their big day in July. Thanks for the good times Kelsey and Jared, y’all rocked this autumn day shoot!
My childhood friend Brandon called me up to see if I could secretly snap the BIG proposal! Brandon is in love with everything and anything Pittsburgh! So we set off to plan out the proposal at The Point where the city skyline sparkles in the background! I was thrilled how this night turned out, and was oohing and ahhing of joy over the pictures of these two! Love you Pittsburgh, and you too Brandon and Krissie!!
Introducing Evan + Amanda!
It certainly did not rain on our parade that day! Amanda brought her adorable bubble umbrella along when the rain began to pour and it turned out to be one of the most fun wedding shoots of all time! Y’all rocked it, thank you for getting out in the rain with me!
A look back into Cassy and Rob’s wedding was a day filled of beautiful light, popping bottles and a bridal party of twenty riding dirty on the golf course! The bridal party weren’t the only ones super pumped when the wedding planner showed us the heard of golf carts waiting for all of us, and off we headed into the woods to explore! Spending time with Cassy and Rob was so fun and easy going, you can tell the two are absolute best friends. After eleven years together already you can sense that special bond between the two, they make each other laugh and that is what matters most. Even when Rob sped off in the cart leaving Cassy flying out the side, all she could do was giggle and the two were on there way again as if nothing happened haha! Did I mention they completely rocked the famous Dirty Dancing number from the movie right in the middle of the reception!? They certainly do not take life too seriously and were so welcoming to Chad and I that we felt like part of the fam! Y’alls family is so kind and caring, and we are glad we had the honor to be a part of such a beautiful wedding day! Thank you for being so sweet, y’all are going to have such an awesome adventure ahead of you.
Not long ago Miss Stephanie Bean met the man of her dreams! Was it his charm, ways with an etch a sketch..or that he could bring his weekly Starbucks coffee bean mark out home? ;D Either way, these two are the cutest and I had the honor to shoot their rustic, cozy wedding in North Park! It is always a pleasure getting to work with such a laid back couple, they both sincerely do have hearts of gold and were so welcoming to Chad and I. We felt very included in your big day! (thanks for the mason jars!) During their ceremony they broke away from a traditional unity candle lighting and what they did brought us all to happy tears! The two walked away into the distance hand in hand to grasp onto one another while a beautiful song was playing to accommodate their peaceful new moment of marriage together. This little gesture towards each other was beautiful and I haven’t seen anything like it! Oh and FYI, Chris is a master of the etch a sketch…he proposed by drawing a ring and wrote “Stephanie will you Marry Me” on the etch a sketch! Was SO happy they brought pictures of his work to the wedding, so fun! Now the two are off to Virginia to start their new adventure together, the Barista and his bean.
Styled shoots have to be my favorite! It strays away from the usual wedding day, and gives you the opportunity to use your creativity in different ways! I had the chance to work alongside some of my dear friends who are in the wedding biz as well this June. Hallie Dunbar from Blush + Honey Beauty put together a day for us to all work alongside each other and the results were fantastic! Thank you to all of the beautiful models who made taking pictures a breeze!

Introducing Rob + Cassy!
These high school sweethearts are getting married in two months, and I’m the lucky lady who gets to be a part of their big day! On a sweet rainy Sunday we set out to Frick Park with the two, here are some sweet snaps from our day together..I can not wait until August y’all!
This February Adam planned a scavenger hunt for his lady Tiffany, leading her to their favorite coffee shop (Generoasta) where I was hiding to capture this unique engagment! Adam had been preparing for weeks and it could not have run any smoother. The two bookworms have been writing each other chapters in their own personal love story for some time now, and this special day Adam decided to throw Tiffany a curve ball with his excerpt of the book. As she read the chapter aloud our hearts were racing when she reached the “I love you Tiffany, will you marry me?” She was left to finish the cliff hanger of their love story, and of course she said YES! These two light up a room, and certainly know how to make each other (and everyone else) laugh their hardest, that is really something beautiful to hold on to. Can not wait for y’all to start this new exciting chapter of your life, loved spending the day with you. Congratulations y’all, it will be quite an adventurous story from here on out!
This past fall I was given the honors to shoot the Andrzejewski wedding! I have known the family since I was in elementary school, so it was such a blessing to be a part of their big day. I have to say they are the kindest, most laid back family I have ever been around which made me feel as though I wasn’t even working for the night! Thank you all for making me feel part of y’alls beautiful family! Samantha has a contagious laughter (see for yourself below!) which pairs just perfectly with Paul, he’s the funny guy! There really is something special about you two and you can feel the good vibes when y’all are together! Couldn’t have had more fun with you two, and your little one. He’s the cutest! Congratulations Samantha and Paul, cheers to a blessed marriage and a beautiful new adventure!
